I have always liked rap. The type with those vicious punchlines and incredible word play. Usually it consisted of rhymes about crack cocaine, guns and things of that sort. Nothing about that stuff was relatable to my life, but I think the main reason i listened to that sort of muic was because it was what my peers would bump, and me not having anyone else to introduce me to any other forms of music, that's just what i found myself fond of for the first 21 years of my life.

I fell in Love with "HipHop" at the age of 21.. some might not agree with me, but rap and hiphop aren't one in the same, they're two totally different forms of music. Any person with a pen and paper, and a education level equivalent to that of a grade 6 student can rap.. but Hip Hop, that was the type of music the likes of Common, Lauryn Hill, Talib Kweli, Lupe, Nas, Jay Z, Mos Def, Eric B & Rakim, Wu Tang, and Tupac would make, just to name a few. They created music with messages that empowered you and made you hip to divine things like love, God, Education etc. that they then infused within rhymes and a sick beat that made you hop, overall creating conscious music.
Music like that isnt made anymore. The new generation of artists know nothing about the origin of hip hop, the 5 percenters, and what the primary drive behind creating this type of music was. This is the main reason Nas said "HipHop is dead".
Go and listen to commons "i use to love her".. Her is hiphop, and he doesnt love her anymore because shes not the same.
You have to be a true lover of this genre in order to really see what im trying to say here.. a true hiphop head knows what true hiphop was, and would be able to see that its barely still breathing..

A new shoe box sitting on my bed after i just bought them use to excite the shit outta me, taking the grey paper outta the soul, and inhaling as i put the shoe to my head to take in that sweet aroma, use to be the best feeling next to sex. I had dreams of having stacks of Jordan and SB boxes all over my room, i wanted to have everything, from the kicks that just released last weekend to those dead stock joints people would sell for three times the price. People staring at my feet as i walk down the street, or coming up to me and asking where i got em use to make me feel like a boss, matter fact it still does.

But one day i just gave up, got tired of spending all that money, even when i had no money i always found a way to get some in order to buy the latest drop. it was getting outta hand. I still have to practice self control when i let a good pair pass me by, but there are still some Jordans releasing this year that locks and chains couldn't keep me from.

Being a true sneaker head is hard work, you gotta be grazing that thin line separating determination with addiction. True sneaker heads are the guys and gals who do whatever it takes to get that sneaker they want, the ones who dont just get the sneaker, but get that sneaker in every colour way it comes in, the ones who own 2 boxes of the defining moments package, but choose to wear a beat up pair of New Balances. A true sneaker head are people who have more than 50 pairs and counting and wont let petty things like getting too old to be a collector or having a Mortgage get in their way of completing there collection.. 1 a.m. on a random Sunday night, or Monday morning depending on how you see things, and i just sent out my first email for an internship, mind you i'm not 100% sure if emails for internships is the way to go, or if i'm suppose to go around with resumes or something like when your looking for a job, either way i sent it.

I'm beginning to realize just how much people in general are so concerned with what the next person is doing or thinking.
If they would stop putting all their energy in pointless things like that, and begin to focus on making themselves better, instead of judging, hating, and worrying about others, then the world would be one step closer to becoming a better place.

i read something somewhere it said "What you put out is what you get back" this rule works on all levels, so as you put energy into something be conscious of it..

if your a hateful person, always judging others then most likely there's someone hating on you and who's always judging you.. you get back what you put out.. if you make the choice to stop being negative and putting that energy out into the world, then no ones going to be there to deliver it right back to you, the cycle will end.

Hell Hath no Fury is one of the Best album of all time, top 5. The Clipse are two brothers that opened my eyes to a lot of things through the lyrics embedded in this masterpiece of hood

I wish i had a Hd Camera, one of those Cannon ones. Two reasons why would be, i would love to be one of those people who take pictures that are totally unprofessional, and that mean nothing artistically.. but.. the pictures would mean something to me, cuz i took them of course, and would be artistic to the tenth degree, but in the perspective of my own.

Kanyes album was amazing, even his biggest hater wouldnt be able to deny its genius.. more specificaly the song Blame Game, from Richard David James's Avril 14th all the way to Chris Rock's comedic piece towards the end.. which brings me to my point.. "Yeezy Taught Me" has been the most popular phrase from the time of the songs release until now, and today while i was listening to the song the craziest idea, just came to me.. "What if that was actually Ambers voice saying that phrase?.. the tack was obviously recorded after their split. So then i got to thinking how would Kanye get her to say that "phrase" then?
My only reasonable conclusion, if it is actually her voice, is that he must'a got her on tape saying that before the break up.. then i got to thinking sex tape.. if he got her on tape sayin that, then that the tape released, that would be one of the most popular sex tape of all time, every nigga with a brain wants to smash Amber Rose.. im getting ahead of myself though, listen to the song and decide for yourself.. I really want a pair of high quality shades, im thinking about getting a pair of these ones by super.. i know its the middle of the winter and im talking about sunglasses, but i dont think its totally absurd to rock sunglasses in the winter, not that im going to anyways... though to me sunglasses are worn as more of an accessory more so than for actually protection from the sun, and like i said im not going to wear them in winter, im just talking about them now because if i want them im gonna have to start saving for these badboys now.

Im on the brink of becoming a Vegeterian.. i know its the right thing to do, but im not sure if im willing to give up on meat just as yet.. i mean going through the rest of my life without a pepperoni slice, cheese burger, or CHICKEN WINGS! ... 6 months ago i would of thought i was crazy for even letting that thought enter my mind.. its not a definite thing as of yet though, one of the main reasons being is if i dont eat meat, i dont know what else i would eat =| .. i wouldn't know where to start, and i could only live on mr. noodles and mac & cheese for so long.. but if i do decide to go through with this it will most likely be a slow transition.. very slow.
