This is just a great song, every other couple of lines is something i feel i would of wrote in a journal of mine. "Im only one" Blu did a good job with this one; has that "In the Rememberance of me" feel to it.

WTT
So clearly its been a while since i've been updating this blog, to be honest i was just in the worst Creative slump. Anyways, there's been soo much bloggable shit to blog about lately, mainly, Watch The Throne.
I cant put the way i feel about this collabo in any other way than, Black Excellence.
This album in my perspective is that its a classic. a fucking masterpiece. and if you feel i'm wrong feel free to let me know what your comparing it to.
This is my most liked track from the album.

You Bout That Life
Yo i dont even go on Worldstar like that anymore, but it looks like im definately gonna have to start again. This might be legit one of the funniest clips ive seen in 2011. Honestly one of my fears is getting cussed out by a New York bitch.

Big Sean ft. Chris Brown - My Last
Big sean is slowly becoming my new favourite "new" artist.. i didnt like him at first, mainly because i was judging him off one track i thought was trash, i dont even remember what it was called. But from his finally famous mixtape, which in all honesty i listen to atleast once every 3 days, to other tracks i hear every now and then that hes on, dude is ill.. and his steez is what mine would be if i had the loot lol
Camron & Vado - Girls Cry
Damn.. these are the types of girls i need to be pulling.. in abundance at that.

"In ultimate truth, our current situation is exactly what we want it to be.
our reality is shaped by merely the things we are willing to do in order to shape the world we want to be in.
When i say reality i mean exactly that. From the way we dress, to where we live, the way we talk to people, all the way to the type of car(s) you drive.
Simply because you have the ability to "will" to do something, meaning, if you actually willed yourself to work extra hard and get that promotion, then you would do exactly that, but if you put limits onto your being and think things like "i cant do this because" or "i cant do that because" then your just going to stay where you are, if you were willing to do whatever it takes, literally whatever it takes, no matter what to get wwhat you wanted, dont you think you would get it?" - Anonymous
Just something i thought was interesting and wanted to share.

Kid Cudi - All Along
I heard this song for the first time today, i really like it. I know alot of people who dont like cudi's music, and they always question me and ask why i do, I wouldnt be able to exactly tell you why, it would be like trying to explain why the sun rises in the morning and sets at night, i just do.. but if i were to try and think of any reason at all i would say its because its so different, not the ushual type of music you hear from artists these days. I see no reason to hate his music, *shrug*

Creative Control
I watch Creative control videos as a pass time lol, so that might explain this random ass vidoe right here.. anyways, i was thinking to myself while i watched this how cool it would be to actualy get together with a group of friends and play some flag football.. on the real tho, that would be the makings of a good time..
One of my goals this summer is to actually get out into the world and find a group of friends tho -__- .. maybe not even friends necessarily but ppl who are down to do shit like this, and have fun in the natural sense of it. I mean watching tv, playing video games, surfing the net is nothing compared to a game of flag football. And thats word to everything.

I have always liked rap. The type with those vicious punchlines and incredible word play. Usually it consisted of rhymes about crack cocaine, guns and things of that sort. Nothing about that stuff was relatable to my life, but I think the main reason i listened to that sort of muic was because it was what my peers would bump, and me not having anyone else to introduce me to any other forms of music, that's just what i found myself fond of for the first 21 years of my life.
I fell in Love with "HipHop" at the age of 21.. some might not agree with me, but rap and hiphop aren't one in the same, they're two totally different forms of music. Any person with a pen and paper, and a education level equivalent to that of a grade 6 student can rap.. but Hip Hop, that was the type of music the likes of Common, Lauryn Hill, Talib Kweli, Lupe, Nas, Jay Z, Mos Def, Eric B & Rakim, Wu Tang, and Tupac would make, just to name a few. They created music with messages that empowered you and made you hip to divine things like love, God, Education etc. that they then infused within rhymes and a sick beat that made you hop, overall creating conscious music.
Music like that isnt made anymore. The new generation of artists know nothing about the origin of hip hop, the 5 percenters, and what the primary drive behind creating this type of music was. This is the main reason Nas said "HipHop is dead".
Go and listen to commons "i use to love her".. Her is hiphop, and he doesnt love her anymore because shes not the same.
You have to be a true lover of this genre in order to really see what im trying to say here.. a true hiphop head knows what true hiphop was, and would be able to see that its barely still breathing..
HipHop isnt dead, yet, word to Godson a.k.a Nasir Jones.
